THE PROGRAM
Acrobatic Gymnastics combines a number of gymnastics elements and skills into a fun, team-based environment, providing a great platform for building balance, co-ordination, strength and teamwork. Acrobatic Gymnastics is open to both males and females and combines thrilling skills and with artistic dance routines.
A Collaborative Approach
The Gymnastics NSW High performance Squad bring together best groups from around the state to work together to have the best team possible representing Australia at World Championship events.
Focusing on the most senior groups of the sport, the High Performance Squad is a space for our top acrobatic coaches to share knowledge and ideas to continue to make NSW the premier acrobatic state.
